Dr. Watson holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Phoenix Theological Seminary. Her thesis; The Complicity of Christians in Systemic Racism: Its Implications for the Gospel, has provided a strong foundation for understanding the complexities surrounding systemic racism, social injustice, and the role Christians play in it.
Dr. Watson currently serves as the Senior Pastor at Jordan Chapel AME Church, Denver Colorado. She has a passion for the Lord, and is a preacher, worship leader, and teacher.
Her previous experience includes managing more than 300 Real Estate brokers, overseeing executive leadership, company training, public relations, developing ambitious business strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives for various companies.
She has spearheaded the overhaul of underperforming departments to reduce stagnation and increase growth and productivity while fostering change in company culture to be more open, transparent, and accountable.
Dr. Watson envisions a world where every individual, regardless of their background, can live with dignity and pursue their dreams without facing barriers of prejudice or social injustice.
She and her husband, Jay Hoselton, have five children and six grandchildren. They currently live in Denver CO.
